Terms of service
These terms were last updated on 5 September 2026.
Who we are.
ShipShopity is a store platform operated by FirmlyGroup. A seller who opens a shop on ShipShopity agrees to these terms.
We are the merchant of record.
The buyer pays ShipShopity. ShipShopity pays the supplier when the order is placed and pays the seller on the payout schedule. The seller is not a party to the buyer payment.
What the shop costs.
The store is free. ShipShopity takes a percentage of each sale, shown on the pricing page and on the earnings page, and takes it only when a sale happens.
Supply is passed through at cost.
Where ShipShopity has a product made for a seller, the supplier price is passed on with no markup, and printing at cost is the first case of that rule. A separate handling line carries the card processing fee at cost. This applies to sales made through ShipShopity and TimelyTag, and it does not apply to a seller order that came from another platform.
Chargebacks.
If a buyer disputes a payment and the dispute is lost, the amount is deducted from the seller next payout. The seller set the price and chose the design, and ShipShopity did neither.
A reserve is held from each payout.
ShipShopity holds a percentage of each payout for a period, so that a lost dispute has a balance to come out of. The percentage and the period are shown on the earnings page.
What a seller may not sell.
A seller may not upload artwork the seller does not have the right to use, and a seller may not sell a product that is illegal to sell. ShipShopity closes a shop that breaks this rule.
Closing an account.
A seller may close a shop at any time from the settings page. Orders already placed are still fulfilled, and money already earned is still paid.
