What we hold about a seller.
We hold the email address, the shop details, the products, the orders, and the payout records. Payout identity details are held by our payment processor and not by us.
What we hold about a buyer.
We hold the email address, the shipping address, and the order. The shipping address is sent to the printer, because the printer ships the parcel.
Card details.
We never see or store a card number. The payment is handled by our payment processor on its own pages.
Who else sees the data.
The printer sees the order and the shipping address. The payment processor sees the payment. Nobody else receives seller or buyer data, and we do not sell data to anyone.
Asking for a copy or a deletion.
Write to our support team and we will send a copy of what we hold, or delete it where the law and our tax records allow.
