Find an order and understand its status
Orders shows purchases and highlights work that needs your attention.
Steps
- Open Orders. Search by the visible order number, customer information, or tracking link.
- Open the order to review items, shipping details, payment information, and history.
- For items you ship yourself, follow the fulfillment controls and add tracking.
- For printed products, review supplier progress. If an order needs attention, read its reason and contact support if needed.
Good to know
Do not place a duplicate supplier order just because a status is slow to update. Include the order reference in any support request.
