Generate and review product previews
Preview creates pictures from a saved snapshot of your design.
Steps
- Finish the artwork you want to review, then select Preview.
- Keep the preview open while the supplier processes the pictures. Completed pictures appear when ready.
- Review the available sides and colors. Use the saved-preview option to reopen completed pictures.
- Generate a new preview after changing the design; old pictures represent the previous snapshot.
Good to know
Model photographs depend on the selected garment and the supplier’s available styles. Some products only provide flat pictures; retrying does not add a model style.
If generation fails, keep the design saved and follow the retry/status message. Include the garment name and error in a support request if it persists.
