Set up payouts and check an unpaid balance
Complete payment-provider onboarding before money can reach your payout account.
Steps
- Open Settings → Payout settings and select the setup or account action.
- Complete the required details on the payment provider’s pages.
- Return to Earnings & payouts to review the account notice and available balance.
- If setup remains unfinished, check whether the provider needs more information. Contact support if the status is unclear.
Good to know
Reserved earnings are released according to the reserve period shown in Earnings & payouts. Never send bank-login credentials in a support request.
