Import or export a product catalog
Use CSV to move product data into or out of your shop.
Steps
- Open Products → Import / export.
- Select Export CSV to download your current catalog.
- For an import, choose your CSV file and select Preview import.
- Review recognized fields, warnings, and proposed changes. CSV imports default to drafts, including matching existing products. Choose file publication settings explicitly if you want rows marked published to go live.
Good to know
Unknown columns may be ignored. Keep a copy of your original export before changing it.
