Understand Save draft, Preview, and Publish
Use Save draft to keep website changes private. Publishing updates what visitors see.
Steps
- Open Website and choose the page you want to edit.
- Edit its text, images or links. Advanced appearance or Advanced layout exposes additional styling.
- Save draft and review the preview. The live page keeps its previously published version.
- Publish the saved version when ready. Homepage publication also updates its shared navigation and footer.
Good to know
For a default storefront, the menu, footer and hero have their own draft and publication controls.
